East-Com Solutions, LLC was formed in 2016, but we have been in business since 2002 (previously MDCCNJ). Co-owners Marcel Dirle and Steve Filippone have 60 years of combined experience in the industry and tremendous knowledge in the electronic/healthcare market.
East-Com Solutions, LLC has become one of the largest West-Com partners in the United States.

Co-Owner/President
Marcel is co-owner of East-Com Solutions with a master’s degree in electronics and a major in telecommunications equipment. Marcel worked for over 27 years in the industry and had a major role in the growth of MDCCNJ and the formation of East-Com Solutions. Marcel has certifications in several electronic systems such as Executone nurse call, American Zettler nurse call, Jeron nurse call, Pelco security, Valcom sound, Ring communications, and West-Call nurse call. Marcel has a impeccable reputation as one of the top electronic minds in the industry.
Steve Filippone
Co-Owner/Vice President
Steve is co-owner of East-Com Solutions and has 33 years experience in design, sales, and service of fire alarm, nurse call, sound, and emergency call systems. Steve has experience as a technician, top sales performer, project management, and sales management. Steve has received certifications and training in Simplex fire alarm, American Zettler nurse call, Dukane nurse call, GE Telligence nurse call, EST fire alarm, Hill-Rom Navicare nurse call, Heritage Med Call Emergency Call, Status Solutions Situational Awareness systems, and of course West-Com nurse call systems.
